1. When will my goods arrive?

We ship from our Chinese factory warehouse. The freight usually takes 14 days.

2. More = Cheaper?

Shipping costs make a significant part of the total you are paying at 2HEX World Shop. Don’t let the shipping costs destroy our low shop prices! Order more to make it worth the freight fee!

3. I am from the EU. How much import tax must I pay?

It differs by country. Germany charges 4% duties + 19% VAT on goods and freight. Most business purchases can claim back VAT.

4. I am from USA. How much import tax must I pay?

USA charges import taxes of 29% on orders over 800 USD. Keep each order below 800 USD.
